RETURN BY MAIL
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price you paid minus all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items must be unused and unworn in order to be accepted for a refund. We will issue you a credit to the original form of payment.
We make every effort to process your return quickly. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirming your credit.
At this time, we can only accept returns purchased through our website.
WE MAY REFUSE TO ACCEPT RETURNS THAT WERE PURCHASED IN VIOLATION OF OUR POLICIES, INCLUDING THE NO RESALE POLICY. PRODUCTS PURCHASED FOR RESALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO BE RETURNED UNLESS DEFECTIVE.
Returns should be shipped within 60 days of the original shipment with the receipt from your purchase. We can only issue credit to the credit card, debit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.
We will contact you if we receive a return that has been damaged or worn and will return this item to you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returns must be sent back using your returns label that was included in your original shipment.
Can I exchange the item I ordered for another item?
We are sorry, but we do not offer exchanges. Our product availability changes daily and we cannot guarantee the availability of the exchange item in your size/color. We suggest that you send your return back and place a new order at the same time.
